Rural home specialist
Since I relocated here in 2005, I've helped home buyers and sellers all across Santa Cruz County, California. My area of specialization extends from the Santa Cruz and Los Gatos Mountains through the San Lorenzo Valley, down into the cities of Scotts Valley and Santa Cruz, along the coast and back into the rural hills of Soquel and Aptos.
Back in the 1980's, I earned an M.B.A. from University of San Francisco, after getting my B.A. from CSU, Sacramento.
Prior to helping people buy and sell homes, I worked as a licensed stock broker and financial planner. Eventually I became a securities analyst for a San Francisco based mutual fund company, often trading millions of dollars of securities a day. There, I developed an ability to recognize bargains and risks to protect my clients' interests. Eventually, I was promoted to V.P. handling compliance in addition to analysis and trading, responsible for coordinating with the Securities Exchange Commission.
After working in San Francisco for a decade, commuting every day from Marin County, I re-evaluated my life style. I decided to follow my passion of discovering the best properties for sale. For me, working with buyers is like a treasure hunt. Representing sellers allows me to professionally showcase the best features of my sellers' homes.
My clients benefit from my previous career because of my analytical and negotiating skills. I also mastered coordinating documents for large projects. Now I use these skills to make the purchase and sale process easier for you.
